Update your Information on the Health Connect Registry
The Health Connect Registry is part of B.C.’s Primary Care Strategy to ensure all people living in BC can access the health services they need.
Keeping your registration information up to date will help HCR make the best match. Please provide them with updated information about your health and contact information by visiting the link below.
If you have moved outside of the Fraser Northwest Region or recently found a family doctor or nurse practitioner through your community, please update your registration.
To add family members to your registration or to update your registration by phone, contact HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Translators are available in over 130 languages. For the deaf and hard of hearing (TTY), call 7-1-1. For Video Relay Services, have them call HealthLink BC at 604-215-5101.

Pathways Medical Care Directory
This new one-stop online directory has been created for British Columbians to easily find latest clinic updates and booking information for their own doctor. Disability Tax Credit Qualification Guidelines
The Government of Canada outlines specific guidelines which describe whether a person qualifies for a disability tax credit which reduces the amount of income tax they pay.

Note: If you do qualify, you will be required to bring the disability tax credit form to your doctor and pay a fee to fill out and sign the form.
